We make doing your laundry simple. We can save you time, so you can do the things you love. The best part - our prices are simple and affordable.

What are the hours of operation?

Monday- Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm within the Metro areas.

Do I have to be home for the pickup or delivery?

No. We have your instructions telling us where your laundry is for the driver to pick up and deliver back to if you aren’t home.

What do I put my dirty laundry items in for the driver?

A plastic bag works great! No bag - No problem, our driver will transfer everything in to a bag and leave you your basket.

What is your minimum order charge?

Our minimum order charge is $33.00 (for first 12 lbs. of personal laundry), then it's $2.75/lb. after that. Use our Mix & Match option if your order is under 12 lbs. to get the most for your money.

Does the pricing go up if I live further away?

We maintain the same pricing per pound wherever you live within our service area. The minimum order charge may change depending on the zone you are ordering service from but we will let you know of any changes.

Do you offer same-day turnaround service?

Yes, if you let us know before 8:00am. Same-day orders will be returned by 8:00pm. 

How and when do I pay for your laundry services?

For your first order, you can pay with either a debit or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. For future orders, we will use the card on file, unless you want to use a different one.

Can I manage my account online using any device?

Yes! Laundry service at your fingertips is our motto. You can customize your preferences in detail in your account at any time.

How do I order if I don’t have internet service?

You can place an order over the phone, and we will process your order in much the same timely manner as an online order.

How will my information be kept confidential?

Only the manager level will see your information and know your name. We do not sell your personal data to other third parties, and all credit information is PCI compliant.

What if there is a problem with my laundry upon delivery?

No. Call us immediately and we will try to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Login to your Account or create one using our App.

Step 3

We launder and fold your order according to how you told us to with a commitment to your personal standards of quality.

Step 4

We text you updates from the time you place your order until its brought back to you.
